Sunset Serenade is two-story house located on the north side of the island overlooking the marsh. It has a small dock with direct access to the marsh that can be used for small boats or fishing. Feel free to bring a kayak or a canoe! The house is also only a five to ten minute walk to the beach.
The house was renovated in 2017. It has three bedrooms: two with queen beds and one with a set of twin beds. There is also a loft that contains a sleeper sofa. The house has two full bathrooms, a fully-stocked kitchen, a living room, a screened-in porch, and a deck. The porch and the deck are located on the back of the house and have a spectacular view of the marsh. An elevator goes from the ground level to the main floor, and the bathroom and bedrooms on the main floor are handicap accessible.
